Jon is a Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare sector. He possesses a demonstrable track record of success in combining Executive Management and Accounting with Operational Management to ensure strong performance and delivery. His approach is pragmatic, and he has experience managing risk, implementing change, and leading teams to deliver the highest standards of service.
Jon joined Westminster Health Care plc in 1999 to assist the quoted company in its transition to a private entity. In 2004, Westminster was acquired by Barchester Healthcare, and Jon continued with the enlarged group as Director and Company Secretary. Following his departure from Barchester, Jon took on various interim FD positions and acted as a consultant to several start-ups involved in acquiring care home businesses. He remains actively involved with Barchester’s charity as Company Secretary and financial administrator.
