Terry Tucker
Terry’s career has spanned both the care and hospitality sectors. She was the first female general manager of one of the very large London hotels. Her care experience spans both public and private healthcare, encompassing care homes, home care services and the NHS.
She has worked for a number of large organisations including Barchester and Priory healthcare. Her career has latterly focussed on organisational development, working with organisations to ensure business success through its people and their performance.
Her doctorate focussed on care leadership in the age of complexity and she continues to coach senior leaders on care to reach their full potential.
